Origin Story: Found in a tiled restroom deep inside a long-demolished roadside diner somewhere off the New Jersey Turnpike. No one remembers when they showed up but they’ve always been there. The Capos don’t ask questions, and they don’t take sides. When things get messy, they handle it. Whatever needs to disappear, gets processed through them.
